Delivery

After we have received your payment, your order will be shipped within 1-4 working days.
You will always be notified in the event that a product is sold out or has a longer delivery time.
Most deliveries are sent by PostNL. If you order products with varying delivery dates, your order will be shipped once the order is complete.

Shipment

The costs for shipping will be taken into account when your order is finalised.
Shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium start from €6.50. Shipments outside the  Netherlands are calculated on the basis of the current applicable rates.

You can withdraw from a purchase if you are not happy with it. In that case we ask you to notify us within 14 days by sending an email to info@festinalente.studio stating the product & order codes of the item to be returned.

The shipment must be securely packed with sufficient postage. Carrier forward shipments will not be accepted. Until the package has reached us, you retain responsibility for loss or damage. Make sure you have a certificate of posting. The buyer pays the return postage when returning the complete shipment. This sum will be refunded after the products have been received in good order. The purchase price will be paid into your bank account within ten working days.
